Terms & Conditions — weinbd Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean weinbd and its operating entity. References to "you" or "the Player" mean any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the weinbd platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to weinbd is strictly restricted to adults. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before registering or using any feature of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on a voluntary, personal basis and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful under applicable local or national law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform via a self-exclusion mechanism or been barred by weinbd for any reason.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person in relation to gambling activity on weinbd.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently experiencing, a gambling addiction that has been made known to weinbd through a self-exclusion request.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on weinbd at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify weinbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• weinbd staff will never ask for your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or Rocket PIN via email, chat, or telephone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Accounts found to be registered with false information may be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed.
• weinbd reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Wallet

All transactions on weinbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Your BDT Wallet balance reflects the exact amount deposited plus any winnings, minus wagers placed and withdrawals processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

weinbd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• weinbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. In the event a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering, any remaining Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies across multiple accounts, or exploitation of errors in bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in forfeiture of all balances and Account closure.
• Bonus winnings have a maximum cashout cap unless otherwise stated; please refer to the specific promotion page for details.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All Games available on weinbd are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates under its own game-specific rules, which govern payouts, bet limits, and game mechanics. By participating in any Game, you accept the applicable provider's rules in addition to this Agreement.

• RNG Games: Slot titles and table games using digital random number generation produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent of previous results. Certified RNG systems are used across all relevant titles.
• Live Dealer Games: Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical means (cards dealt, roulette wheel spun, dice thrown) in real-time in a regulated studio environment. weinbd is not the operator of those studios and cannot intervene in live game outcomes.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the governing body. Settlement is final once confirmed. In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, void rules apply and stakes are returned.
• Interrupted Sessions: If a game session is interrupted due to connectivity failure, weinbd will make reasonable efforts to restore the session and settle the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the platform's servers. In cases of server failure, the round may be voided and the wager returned.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions to generate winnings is strictly prohibited. Winnings derived from confirmed technical errors will be voided.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

weinbd is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment, not as a source of income.

• You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders can be activated to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• A temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be applied from Account settings, during which deposits and gameplay are suspended.
• Self-exclusion removes access to your Account for a defined minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on weinbd and constitute a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or providing false registration details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses, free spins, or promotions through coordinated accounts, proxy registrations, or systematic arbitrage.
• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the weinbd platform, its servers, or its third-party game providers' systems.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls imposed by weinbd.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the weinbd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of weinbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without weinbd's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, weinbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or game result outcomes.

weinbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. weinbd will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned outages in advance.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. weinbd employs SSL encryption on all data transmissions and applies industry-standard security practices to protect your personal and financial information.

12 Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

weinbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

weinbd may suspend or terminate your Account at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, that your account activity presents a fraud or security risk, or that continued operation of your Account would violate applicable law. Upon termination for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which weinbd's operating entity is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
